PLEASE REVIEW OUR POLICIES BELOW.  BY MAKING A RESERVATION AND PROVIDING YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND, AGREE TO AND WILL ABIDE BY THESE POLICIES.

GUESTS MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE, UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises at any time.  Maximum occupancy of 6 includes both adults and children. 

Payment:  Full payment for the entire stay and extra guest fees are required at the time of reservation.  Reservation is not confirmed until payment information is on file and processed.

Cancellations:  $25.00 fee for processing any cancellation.
14 days or greater notice:  full refund.
13 days or less notice:  no refund*.
*Full refund available if we are able to re-book the cottage for you the night(s) of your stay minus processing fee.

Check In:  3:00 p.m. or later.           Check Out:  11:00 a.m. 

Late Check Out Fees:  $50.00 for the first hour and $50.00 for each additional half hour thereafter.

Smoking:  No smoking inside or on the front porch, this includes electronic cigarettes and vaping.  $250.00 fee for not respecting this policy.  An outside smoking area is provided in the backyard.

Candles / Open Flames:  Candles and open flames are strictly prohibited anywhere on the cottage property.  Failure to abide will result in a $250.00 fine to be charged.

Pets:  No pets.

Safety:  Surveillance cameras are on the outside of the premises.

 

Courtesy:  Have a wonderful time, but please be considerate to your neighbors and our next guests.  Please be respectful and keep noise levels down after 10:00 p.m.  We reserve the right to remove guests behaving offensively  or
destructively and charge appropriate fees for missing/damaged items.
